Formal notice (urgent repair)

Formal letter to the landlord requiring an urgent repair (heating, leak, infestation) after an informal request that went unanswered.

Good to know: Send by registered mail. Carefully keep photo evidence, email/SMS exchanges and acknowledgments — they will be useful in proceedings before the Justice of the Peace.
