Request for return of the rental deposit

Letter to the landlord to require return of the deposit after the end of the lease if it is delayed (beyond 2 months after the exit inventory).

Good to know: If the deposit is on a blocked account, it can only be released with joint agreement OR a court decision. The bank will provide the forms on simple request.
